The dental needs of a child can be specific and very different from adults. Additionally, these needs can change as the child grows and develops. It is important to establish a dental home for your child for many reasons, mainly for continuous comprehensive care but also to familiarize the child with the dentist from an early age.
Drs. Cabral and Pouzol find a great deal of joy in treating children of all ages and abilities and cater each visit to the child. Each child has a different view and relationship with the dentist and appointment times and techniques are modified to the particular needs of the child. What works for one child might not work for another - this is important to keep in mind.
